My Thoughts:
This fun, new activity book was so exciting for my almost six year old! She loved the color by sticker pages and enjoyed completing the mazes, secret codes, look and finds, and spot the differences! At her age, having just began to read, she needed a little help with the instructions on the page and was unable to do the two word searches or crossword puzzles, but overall, this was a great book for us where she was able to complete about 75% and once she’s reading better next year, will be able to finish.
This book features characters and scenes from the beloved, classic Berenstain Bears and would make a great addition to reading a character building book from the Berenstain Bears collection, then following it up with a fun activity from this book. The pages are large and glossy, the sticker activities are easy to match and easy to peel for little hands. I found this to be a great road trip companion as well as a good addition to “waiting room” bag for when we are at an appointment and need a screen-free option to stay busy!

My Thoughts:
This sticker and activity book was thoroughly enjoyed by my kindergartner who is just learning to read. She loved adding stickers to the pages and it entertained her well. I liked that this activity book was faith-based and made a great companion to The Beginner’s Bible which our family reads a portion of each evening before bedtime. The activities in this book were educational and varied which built interest and skills! There is a dot-to-dot, patterns, mazes, a crossword puzzle, a word search and more.
My only drawback to this book is that is felt short for the value. My daughter wanted to complete the whole thing in one sitting! Thankfully, there are others in this series like it and we will definitely be trying those, too.
This is also a great screen-free, boredom buster for road trips, church service “quiet activities”, quiet time, or homeschool. The pages are large and glossy and exciting for little ones. I believe it is geared best towards kindergartners and first graders.
