Easy, Simple 9x12 Pocket Page Scrapbook Layout featuring Paislee Press's School Years Collection
Hello Thursday! Who's ready for a little #tbt?
Today, I'm sharing a super simple, quick layout I created while working on my 2010 (yes! you read that right!) Pocket Page Album for my upcoming class at Big Picture Classes! So, not only is this a feature of some new products for one of my creative teams, it's also a sneak peek of what is coming up in my class!
With kids getting ready to go back to school, the amazing Liz Tamanaha over at Paislee Press designed this fun School Years collection. I'm totally loving all the script and word art. I used the journal cards and the tags in this bright, simple layout I created with some photos I did for my sister's senior year back in 2010.
I journaled on the 3x4 card, then trimmed it down and laid it over a striped journal card. I also popped in that green polka dot piece of paper from an older Felicity Jane kit because it made the tag pop and well honestly, who doesn't love green OR polka dots?!
I topped the tag off with a cute little piece of mini flair from Feed Your Craft and called it done. I love doing these simple layouts with the focus really being on the photos. If you're interested in learning more about how I'm pulling together an entire annual album from one year's worth of boxed photos, then you're going to love my Big Picture Class coming up in November. Check back on this blog for more information and links on how you can get access to my class closer to then!
