Chapters | 9x12 Pocket Page Layout using One Little Bird Designs
It is no secret that I love a good book. Especially a historic fiction piece. I grew up absorbing myself in library books and loved reading autobiographies and tales of the Oregon Trail. I've branched out, of course, and read many different genres of books over the years. In my adult life, reading as many books as I read as a teenager is much difficult thanks to work schedules, house cleaning, and all that other boring stuff. But, I do still make time here and there to curl up and enjoy a warm story or two.
I'm playing along with #PocketPageThursday, a blog series by Jessica Upton of Color Cast Designs and Kellie Winnell of Kellie Stamps and Give a Girl a Blog. To find out more information, visit Jessica's blog post here.
Obviously, I'm not alone in my love for reading... Peppermint Granberg of One Little Bird Designs recently released the Chapters collection. This delightful set brings out pops of gorgeous bright colors and focuses on book and stories. I absolutely love it and know it will be a set I return to time after time.
I created this 9x12 pocket page layout using the Chapters collection. Telling the story of the month was a perfect way to add some journaling to that top middle card and I simply couldn't resist adding a few other fun pieces from the set as well.
