Springtime 6x8 Hybrid Pocket Pages | Featuring Hanami by Little Lamm & Co.

Oh Thursday, you have me all like, loving the spring time blooms! Did you catch yesterday's photo journal post of the beautiful cherry blossoms in my yard?

I'm playing along with #PocketPageThursday, a blog series by Jessica Upton of Color Cast Designs and Kellie Winnell of Kellie Stamps and Give a Girl a Blog. To find out more information, visit Jessica's blog post here.

Today, I'm here to share a 6x8 hybrid pocket page layout I created for "my" mini album.  I really wish I could decide what to call this album.  Basically, it is a mini album I'm putting together just to celebrate and document things about myself as I go through this last year in my twenties. I talked more about it here and here

While, I usually scrapbook chronologically, this layout was brought into my little mini album as a special "flashback" layout. I used photos from 2010 of my sweet little sister (who's now the same age I was in these photos! Eep, time flies!) and I.  These are some of my FAVORITE photos of her and I from that year...  And one of the last impromptu photo shoots we had together before she began working full time and I got married.  So anyway, I documented on an insert (not pictured) the memory of this shoot and the bond we shared, in addition to how times have changed for her and I as sisters.  I used the beautiful, brand new journal card and element collection, Hanami from Little Lamm & Co.  This collection is soooooooo gorgeous and just PERFECT for these photos.

I would LOVE to know your thoughts on my personal little mini album... Have you done something like this?  If so, what are some things you've included in your album?
