BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! Etsy Shop GRAND OPENING + #LittleSummerJOY Begins!
It's a BIG day here at Turquoise Avenue! I've been tiptoeing around here holding a BIG secret until I felt like I was going to explode!

Yes, Turquoise Avenue now has a brand new shop and just in time for the launch of the new #LittleSummerJoy project you've been hearing about!
First things first, I would love for you to come visit my new Etsy shop. This is something I've been really wanting to do for a long time. Its been a huge labor of love over the last few weeks and I'm so thankful for a husband who supports me and all my "crazy ramblings" as I handcrafted products, organized inventory, set up an Etsy storefront, and took the plunge into this new little business endeavor. As a woman entrepreneur, I'm really excited the new possibilities and expanding products in the future.
Second, as many of you know from social media, I'm also taking a part as a contributor for the #LittleSummerJOY project over at Little Paper Projects. Jen + Julie invited me to be a part of this exciting, FREE class they're hosting over the summer and I'm delighted to be on board! You may remember their other recent project, #myselfiescrapbook and what a huge success it was. This summer project promises to be all that and MORE!
Summertime, for me, is that quiet lull in life where the days are long and quiet so I can mentally prepare for the craziness that the Fall and holiday seasons bring at the end of the year. If I'm being totally honest, I'm not particularly fond of the summer heat, all though I do enjoy the sunshine, a good summer song on the radio, and firework celebrations. This project for me is about finding the little joys in the every day... Those weekends grilling hamburgers with the family, staying up late to watch movies, spending time on the lake, and soaking up the sunshine.
I'm excited to embark on this new project. Check back in with me here Friday morning for a list of supplies and inspiration I'll be using for my project!
