Simple, Easy Scrapbooking | 9x12 Pocket Page Scrapbook layout by Turquoise Avenue featuring designs by One Little Bird.
I take a lot of pictures. Most memory keepers do. I believe it somehow just a part of who we are. I always love to look through my photos after a trip and figure out which ones tell the best story. At the same time, I enjoy choosing photos that are just pretty. Whenever that happens, I end up needing to incorporate a lot of photos into a spread. That is when I make use of an insert. My inserts range from all different sizes, just depending on how many photos and cards I want to fit.
This spread from a day trip we took is the perfect example of this concept. I had so many photos I wanted to fit, I just couldn't help myself! I ended up with FOUR 9x12 pages and a 6x12 insert. When coordinating this layout, I chose cards and elements from the One Little Bird store, selecting designs that brought out the historical aspect of my photos. I am very happy with the outcome of this spread.
