It is no secret that I love a good book or movie... Lately, I've read more than I've watched but along with the help of Amazon, I am now able to share a few of my recent favorites!

Currently Reading:
I love a good historical romance so both of the books below proved to be clean, enjoyable reads for me over the last couple of weeks. Both stories were well written out and held my interest so much that I couldn't wait to get to the next chapter. I highly recommend both! And even better yet, Banished Love appears to be FREE on Amazon right now so grab it while you can!
Currently Watching:
In addition to the books, I'm sharing two movies I rented this weekend and really enjoyed for two very different reasons. Pitch Perfect 2 was a favorite simply because ever since the Sing-Off premiered on TV a few years ago, I've enjoyed watching A Capella groups. This movie was funny (all though a little crass at times, def. would recommend parental monitoring) and I loved the mixture of music brought to the movie. Rated PG-13
Serena totally captured me! It was one of those movies that just really brings you into the story. I'm now wanting to read the book. I loved that it was set in the Smoky Mountains. The story was so heartrendingly real, giving way to the evils that lay in human nature, that it left me wanting to watch it again. Rated R
