Hello friends - happy Monday! I hope you're enjoying the start of the new week. I know I am... After battling a head cold last week and having to power through it, I'm feeling refreshed from a weekend of rest. I'm excited to be here today sharing a fun, small layout I created recently.
This year, I am celebrating my last year in my twenties and I've been working on a small list of 29 things I want to accomplish this year in addition to creating a 6x8 pocket page album ABOUT ME. This project has been inspired by my friends Kellie Winnell, Project My Life and Elise at Feed Your Craft. I have tons of ideas for this album such as including selfies, lists, accomplishments, a timeline of the past 29 years and noting some of my favorite things like reading, chocolate (can I get a woot-woot, ladies?), and television shows I've enjoyed.
With that being said, I want to share one of my first layouts... Sometimes I get what I call a "random whim" and decide to create a layout based on one thing that inspires me. This past week, that one thing was a particular piece of mini-flair from the Binge Watch set at Feed Your Craft.
This layout literally came as inspiration from that ONE piece of flair pictured above. Being sick, I had spent my resting time binge watching the newly released Fuller House series on Netflix. I really love the new show and so I set out to document how I grew up watching Full House; being told I looked like DJ Tanner with my long blond hair, bangs, and round cheeks. Now, at 29 years old, it's fun to watch the new series and feel a connection with the characters at this age.
So there you go! One of my first layouts, inspired by one perfect little embellishment!
